Covid Limits "Summer Camp" This Year; Creates Additional Hardships and Challenges

Covid is on the wane in the US, but in Ethiopia it remains a terrible scourge. The Jewish communities are a discriminated-against minority at the bottom of the economic ladder in an impoverished nation.

Resources for Covid exposure avoidance, testing, and treatment are scarce -- and inadequate food and medicine makes the Jewish communities especially vulnerable. Children under five, pregnant women and nursing mothers, and the elderly are particularly threatened.

Your generous, tax-deductible donation is urgently needed. Amid abject poverty, it can literally save lives! (Can you say this about the other causes you support?)

SSEJ runs aid programming in the Jewish communities of Ethiopia, including ordering and distributing food and medical supplies. Unlike most charities, SSEJ deducts nothing for administrative overhead; 100% of donations go to aiding the communities. (For credit card donations, Network for Good charges 3%, which donors may choose to offset.)

Prefer to donate via check? Mailing address: SSEJ 459 Columbus Avenue Suite 316 NY, NY 10024. Please add “anJie” to memo line.

Please consider making a recurring donation, and asking your family, friends, and others to do likewise!

On behalf of our sick, hungry, and vulnerable Jewish brothers and sisters in Ethiopia, thank you!
